Okay, bit of a belated post but I cheated this week 😛 I ended up replacing soup on Monday with….. KFC!!! I was absolutely famished after soccer on Monday night and to celebrate our 6-1 win I figured I could forgive myself if I were to pig out on some fried chicken. I haven’t had KFC in months and I was craving it.
But the soup for this week was even more depressing as there was no meat in it whatsoever. It was a salted fish and tofu soup. Very healthy, no fat, tasty, and spicy. Unfortunately, not very substantial. But there’s enough of this to last the week so I can’t wait until tomorrow night!!!!
