Taking this picture at the Ruins of St Paul’s with thousands of conservative chinese around, many of them staring at you, was exactly as embarrassing as it sounds….

I’d be too embarrassed to do any of the sort, I’d be too embarrassed to even take this photo!!!

It wasn’t easy! I had to tell Erica to make sure the camera was all positioned and focused because I didn’t one to spend one more second down there than I had to!
Not that I don’t like being down there in general or anything like that…. 😛

I know! That’s why I made sure to do it as quickly as possible and first made sure there weren’t any police or security around! Heh…

Re: what do parents say?
Thank god my parents didn’t see him doing this. Not quite sure what Bev’s mum would say about the photo though! :p

How was your shopping in HK? I felt so sorry for Merrill, you read his post about it?
By the way, I gave T and Ngan’s newborn son a Heritage BEar like you did for Arthur. Such a good idea when parents already have everything and other friends keep offering clothes. THey absolutely lovd the idea and both kids can open it together in Dec 2026 heheh! THanks again for that. How did you hear about it by the way?

We’re back in HK and Merrill is less bored now coz my sister and I can take turns to entertain him if one of us is busy talking to our parents. He did some shopping today himself too, even though it’s just for work clothes and Christmas pressies.
What did you and Manu put in Arthur’s time capsule? I came across the Heritage Bear while searching for gift ideas online and I thought it’s great that it’s something the baby can keep for years. Glad that you liked it so much you got one for Tu and Ngan too.
